Poetry companion to The Time Loop of Chains frequency art oracle. 

The Time Loop of Chains is frequency art oracle for healing repressed trauma and unexpressed emotions. 

When painful life experiences and trauma cannot be validated, expressed, and worked through, they become subconscious and manifest as a time loop of the same circumstances occurring repeatedly throughout one's life. 

For example, if a person was emotionally rejected by their parents in childhood, they will keep manifesting rejection as an adult. This may look like bosses who reject their work, friends who reject them for no reason, and repeated relationships in which they are rejected.  

When we sit down with the aspects of ourselves who were deeply hurt, and allow them to find their voice and fully express to us what happened, while we hold unconditional love and space for them, we are healed at the deepest levels, and the outside world around us no longer reflects and mirrors back to us this pain. These parts of ourselves are no longer stuck in time, frozen in an endless time loop, but now can come back home to us and integrate back into our lives as beloved divine children we deeply love and hold in our hearts. 

This art can be used in many ways. Trust your own intuition and find your own way. 

Or one way it can be used, is to allow any shape or image that comes to you as you look at the art to show you it's story. What jumps out at you as you look? Is it perhaps, that the white spirals go slightly over the black boundary? Was "staying in the lines" or the expectation of perfection something your inner being wishes to show you? Or perhaps other people overstepped their boundaries taking over your space in life?  

Or maybe what jumps out at you is how the diamond shapes toward the center look like spears, like you were attacked for being who you truly are? 

Only you know what feels right for you. There is no right or wrong. Only perspective. 

The Time Loop of Chains Poem: 

Deep in time a life of chains, 
A loop the willows cast, 
Depicts it's greatest secret void, 
A prison of the past. 

The black hole will awaken now, 
And share it's story's end, 
Beneath the earth volcanic snow, 
Cause river's time to bend. 

For land beneath the future saw, 
Remember what you know, 
For rivers speed and light exceed, 
The ages long ago. 

For long at last the pain and fear, 
Will swiftly go away, 
And no more is the limelight here, 
Tomorrow is today.
