The Sacred Lotus

Sacred lotus on the pond,

Of violet deep and true,

A spiral of geometry,

Reflecting skies of blue,

For on the water's peaceful edge,

A chorus now of song,

A meditation fills the air,

A sacred presence strong,

The beauty of the lotus,

And the yellow core inside,

Reveal now a majestic truth,

That lives beyond the tide,

For stillness speaks a thousand words,

Beyond the setting sun,

Transform now like the lotus,

And the spiral turns to One.
