The Lily Pad Pond

Ponds and lakes and lily pads,
And trees that touch the sky,
Enchanted is the endless dream,
Like magic days gone by,

For what will be of wandering,
When time itself stands still,
For days on end they listen,
Like the churning winding mill,

Like ravens are the ending's past,
A timeline dead like rust,
Do not sit idly by and wait,
Don't let the bread form crust,

For endings there are nevermore,
Be One with all you are,
And time there will be nevermore,
Not here, there, near or far.
